We are looking for you for our team in Poland: Senior Data Analyst Specialist.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating and controlling the correct flow of materials and finished goods in the factory.
  • Control and coordination of stock levels, creation of daily reports.
  • Ordering stock controls, ensuring their correctness, explaining discrepancies.
  • Monitoring of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) achieved by the department.
  • Management of warehousing strategy for raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
  • Optimisation of processes, search for and implementation of suitable solutions to optimise the work of the planning and logistics department.
  • Cooperation with the marketing and sales department with regard to the exchange of information on sales volumes and demand at different times.
  • Responsibility for the proper handling of entrusted documentation - reports and forms. Overseeing process-related reports and registers.
  • Ensuring correctness of customer service and order processing. Ensuring delivery to customers - on time in full.
  • Assist and support in the proper preparation of warehouse areas for monthly and annual inventories. Participate in the inventory process.
  • Carry out and report on the results of audits established for the department and position according to the applicable rules and frequency.


    Minimum requirements

    • University degree, preferably in logistics, economics, engineering.
    • Experience in the area of logistics, planning in a manufacturing company min. 5 years.
    • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office, in particular Excel.
    • Knowledge of English at min. B2
    • Ability to manage a team, control employees and processes
    • Ability to work under time pressure and make decisions
    • Ability to manage self in time and change
    • Knowledge of Lean Management
