We want you for our team as: S&OP Leader.

Surrounded by a team of high-performing professionals, your mission will be to: Manage the S&OP cycle and drive the improvement of S&OP processes, while preparing and facilitating the monthly S&OP review. In doing so, the role will drive increased supply planning stability, better adherence to customer delivery, enhanced capacity utilization, and inventory health increase.

Your responsibilities will be providing support in:

• Lead the execution of the S&OP program implementation plan
• Track program progress and provide regular reports on the status to the supply chain team & key stakeholders
• Manage and adjust for any changes in program scope, schedule, and/or resources
• Identify and mitigate potential S&OP program management risks
• Collect and consolidate all the inputs from the different forums of the S&OP cycle
• Identify and detail the different scenarios/solutions to be presented in the S&OP meeting
• Drive the impact analysis and align & validate with key stakeholders
• Prepare agenda and documentation for the S&OP meeting
• Own the compilation and analysis of key S&OP metrics
• Facilitate the monthly S&OP meeting
• Follow-up action monitoring with the different stakeholders
• Strengthen relationships with S&OP participants to help drive participation
• Lead the preparation and execution of the demand planning processes, including the data ingestion, cleansing and the generation of an statistical forecast
