We are looking for you for our team in Spain: R&D Formulation Senior Supervisor

Mission: Manage our research and development department, contributing his experience and knowledge in the field of cosmetics, chemicals and Home Care products, including biocidal and ecological products.

Your responsibilities:


  • Coordinating the work of a team of specialists: Effectively motivating the team to achieve common goals.
  • Generating and developing innovative ideas: Using creativity and knowledge to create new, breakthrough products.
  • Project management and supervision: Coordination of innovation and development projects from concept to implementation.
  • Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams: Effective communication and coordination of activities between various departments of the company.
  • Cooperation with contractors: Establishing and maintaining relationships with external business partners.
  • Reporting: Timely preparation and submission of project reports.
  • Engagement Support: Engaging company employees in current and upcoming projects.
  • Implementation of the company's policy: Implementation and implementation of the company's strategic goals.
  • Image building: Creating a positive image of the company on the market.
  • Participation in audits: Active participation in audit processes.

Minimum requirements


  • Experience: At least 4 years as a leader or manager in the R&D department in the Home Care or Chemical industry.
  • Education: University degree in chemical technology, biotechnology, chemical engineering or related field.
  • Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of the Home Care product market, biocidal and ecological products, and the technology of producing Household Products on a mass scale.
  • Legislation: Knowledge of laws and regulations related to chemical production.
  • Soft skills: Ability to work under time pressure, communication skills, leadership skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team.
  • Technical Skills: Planning, prioritizing, scheduling, preparing and conducting meetings and presentations
