We are looking for you for our team in Poland: Quality Labelling Specialist.

Your responsibilities:

  • Verification of labels and packaging, checking compliance of projects prepared by designers with the requirements of the printing house, based on current legislation and on the specific requirements and characteristics of the chemical formulation.
  • Working with the product: quality verification of content.
  • “Verification of risk analysis of the classification and composition of new products to ensure their safety and compliance with standards”.
  • Ongoing monitoring of legal acts regarding the control and management of personal hygiene products and cosmetics to always be up to date with regulations.
  • Collaboration with internal and external company customers to ensure the highest quality and compliance of products.
  • Preparing reports, summaries and calculations of performance indicators.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Preparation of quality labelling documentation necessary to complete customer technical specifications.
  • Resolution of non-conformities associated with technical product labelling.

Minimum requirements

  • Higher education - preferred exact sciences (e.g. chemistry, biotechnology, cosmetology or related).
  • Experience in verifying labels/packaging in terms of legal regulations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing companies.
  • Knowledge of the REACH Regulation regarding chemical substances placed on the EU market.
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2) enabling free communication.
  • Very good computer skills and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • High organizational skills - independence and the ability to set priorities are your strengths.
  • Ability to think analytically and cope with time pressure.
  • Knowledge of quality requirements and the specificity of European markets.
  • Accuracy and responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when verifying labels.
