Your responsibilities will be:

  • Introducing and improving existing quality tools
  • Introducing new product safety initiatives, supporting the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Developing quality procedures/instructions
  • Close collaboration with the production, engineering, and quality control departments; Participating in the analysis of the causes of non-conformities, supervising the implementation of corrective actions, and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Continuous improvement of the quality management system to achieve the established goals.
  • Analyzing data related to non-conforming products.
  • Conducting internal audits.
  • Supporting internal training processes on quality issues.
  • Participating in optimization projects.
  • Supervising compliance with specific requirements of applicable quality norms and standards, as well as customer expectations within the organization.

Minimum requirements

  • Higher technical education, preferably in production management and engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a quality department in a manufacturing company (preferably in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical sectors).
  • Practical knowledge of IFS, BRC, and HACCP quality and product safety assurance systems.
  • Practical knowledge of quality assurance tools (FMEA, RCA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO, Action Plan).
  • Internal auditor qualifications.
  • Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Communicative English
