Your responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of short- and long-term plans to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct research, collect data, and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats to the organization’s success.
• Develop goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic plan, and track progress towards their achievement.
• Create reports and presentations on findings for upper management.
• Manage and monitor the budget planning process to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are best allocated.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to increase productivity and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that plans are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor changes in the external environment that could impact the organization, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Keep abreast of developments in the field of planning and management, and attend relevant conferences and seminars.
• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinate staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
