This is your opportunity! We are looking for you to join our Production Department in the position of: Production Area Manager. The position is located in Wróblowice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Building a culture of safety in the workplace
  • Planning, management and supervision of the production process
  • Implementation of production plans in accordance with applicable norms, procedures and standards
  • Coordinating the work of the subordinate department's team
  • Development of subordinate staff - managers
  • Achieving KPI targets in line with organizational goals, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality and customer service
  • Reporting and analysis of production efficiency
  • Adapting production plans to changing needs
  • Optimization of production processes for timely and qualitative execution of tasks
  • Budget control - developing and managing the department's budget
  • Promoting the idea of ​​continuous improvement and production management, optimizing efficiency in accordance with LEAN principles

Minimum requirements

  • Higher technical education (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company (preferred in the FMCG industry)
  • Experience working in an environment with high occupational safety standards
  • Experience in managing a team in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Practical knowledge of the Labor Code
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Organizational and management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic production environment, under time pressure
  • Independence, creativity and ability to solve problems
