We are want you for our team: Product Regulatory Specialist
Your mission will be to collaborate with members of the quality team to guarante compliance with regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
Preparation of safety data sheets for hazardous mixtures based on CLP regulations.
Conducting risk analysis for the classification and composition of implemented products.
Engaging with external companies and laboratories to commission product testing.
Providing support in communication with institutions such as the State Sanitary Inspection, Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices, and Biocidal Products, and the Polish Center for Research and Certification.
Ongoing monitoring of legal acts concerning the control and management of chemical preparations.
Preparation of reports, summaries, and calculations for team/organization needs.

Minimum requirements
- Higher education in the field of natural sciences (preferred disciplines: chemistry, biotechnology, biology, or related fields).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and communicative knowledge of German (desired).
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in your work.
- Highly developed teamwork, communication, conscientiousness, and ability to work under time pressure.
- Willingness to learn about new topics.
