Surrounded by a team of high-performing professionals, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of processes and tools to support the strategic and operational planning of the company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and oversee the implementation of short- and long-term plans to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct research, collect data, and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats to the organization’s success
- Develop goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic plan, and track progress towards their achievement
- Create reports and presentations on findings for upper management
- Manage and monitor the budget planning process to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are best allocated
- Oversee the development and implementation of new systems and processes
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to increase productivity and effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that plans are executed smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor changes in the external environment that could impact the organization, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Keep abreast of developments in the field of planning and management, and attend relevant conferences and seminars
- Supervise and provide guidance to subordinate staff
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements
- Academic education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economic, engineering or related fields
- Fluent English level, C1.
- Work experience: Minimum 10 year experience in Planning, Procurement, supply chain management or similar role
- Personal skills:
- Open -mind, a positive attitude and the ability to build relationship with team
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
