We are looking for you for our team in Poland: Payroll Specialist.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining personal files and personnel documentation.
  • Preparation of documents relating to the establishment and termination of the employment relationship.
  • Recording and supervising medical examinations and occupational health and safety training courses.
  • Accounting of working time and monitoring of leaves and absences.
  • Calculating holidays, sick pay and allowances.
  • Preparation of reports, declarations, information and other necessary documents, e.g. to ZUS, US, GUS, PFRON
  • Preparation of reports in the area of personnel administration and salaries
  • Handling matters related to the use of funds from the company social benefits fund.

Minimum requirements

  • Higher education (social sciences, economics, law).
  • Experience in personnel administration and payroll at least 3 years.
  • Practical knowledge of labour code, tax and insurance regulations.
  • Knowledge of the Płatnik system and MS Office (Excel at a very good level).
  • Communicative knowledge of the English language.
  • A very high sense of responsibility for the tasks entrusted.
  • Independence of action and very good organisation of work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented and solution-oriented.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
