MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervising a subordinate team of specialists and leaders
  • Generating and developing innovative ideas

  • Cooperation with interdisciplinary project teams
  • Presentation of projects to company management
  • Preparing and submitting required reports in a timely manner

Minimum requirements

  • More than 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Chemical background. Knowledge of the Household Products and Personal Wash market, including biocidal and environmental products it will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of production technology for Household Products and Personal Wash on a mass scale
  • Knowledge of legislation
  • Knowledge of production facilities
  • Ability to prepare and lead project meetings
  • Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams
  • Communication skills, creativity and organisational skills
  • Commitment, responsibility and ability to make decisions independently
  • Presentation skills, ability to present proposals and recommend solutions
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
